We all have days that make us frustrated with our job or the job hunt. The key to success is to be positive. Read these career affirmations out loud or to yourself whenever you feel the stress taking over.

  1. I should volunteer on projects no one wants to do and learn something new
  2. I need to take time and figure out what I want in my career, I will spend time reading, researching and asking questions
  3. When I am out socializing I will make career contacts and keep in touch with them
  4. I am an expert at my job and my colleagues will recognize me for my achievements

  8. My lunch break is for me to unwind, read a book or enjoy the fresh air

  10. I get along with everyone I work with because we communicate whether it's positive or negative
